SOUTH CAROLINA HISTORY from THE STATE. The State has compiled PDF pages of historical articles and series that appeared in its print edition over the past 3 years. The articles are categorized by topic. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the articles, but if you don't have it, you can download it from the site. The State also says you'll need broadband access (not just dial-up) to read the articles, so if you don't have that at home, you might need to go to the computer lab.
