Lottery Tuition Assistance may
be awarded to YOU for the fall semester if you are:
a South Carolina resident
enrolled in at least 6 semester hours
a degree-seeking student at the
associate degree level
making satisfactory academic progress
toward your degree according to federal financial aid regulations

You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student
Aid (FAFSA), submit it to the processor, and list USC Sumter as a school
to receive your data.

If you have already filed your FAFSA, but need to add USC Sumter as a
school to receive your data:

If you have not already filed your FAFSA: |
| Have a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR)
available and call 1-800-433-3243and ask that USC Sumter (Code #003426)
be added. |
Obtain the FAFSA, complete and mail it to
the processor OR complete and submit it on the web at www.fafsa.ed.gov,
being certain to list USC Sumter (Code #003426) as a school to receive your
data. |
| If you no longer have your SAR, call and
request that a duplicate SAR be mailed to you. Call the same number again
when youreceive the SAR to add USC Sumter. |
Return all documents requested by USC Sumter's
Financial Aid Office. |
