and return the application, along with a non-refundable $40
application fee, to

Admissions Office

IN ORDER FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE COMPLETE YOU MUST THOROUGHLY ANSWER QUESTION

- Official high school transcript
- SAT or ACT scores
- English: 4 units
- Mathematics: 3 units (Algebra I and II and geometry)
- Laboratory science: 3 units (Must be in two different areas chosen from biology, chemistry, or physics)
- Social studies: 3 units (must include 1 unit of US history)
- Foreign language: 2 units (both units must be in the same language)
- Defined elective: 4 units in addition to the 15 units above (can be in computer science, English, foreign language, laboratory science, advanced Mathematics, or social studies)
- Physical education: 1 unit (or ROTC)
- Official high school transcript
- SAT or ACT scores if it has been less then 5 years since graduation.
- GED recipients must provide us with their GED and a copy of their high school transcript to the date of withdrawal
- College Transfer students will need:
- Official transcripts from each college attended
- Students who have earned fewer than 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours at another college must also submit their high school transcript
- Complete
official transcripts from post-secondary institutions through
the time of application (these must be supplemented by final
transcripts that reflect complete academic work prior to
beginning classes at the University) sent directly to the Office
of Undergraduate Admissions from each institution attended
- Complete
high-school records, including entrance exam scores, if less
than 30 semester hours (45 quarter hours) of college-level work
have been attempted in a regionally accredited college or
university
