The Dean of the University has established two Recognition Luncheons for students at the USC
Sumter campus. They are the Awards Recognition Luncheon and the Scholarships Recognition
Luncheon. The Office of Records and Registration, and Office of Financial Aid, Scholarships, and
Veterans Affairs, are responsible for producing student listings for use by the Recognition Luncheons
Committee in preparation for the two luncheons. In order to get an accurate student listing, the
printouts are submitted, respectively, at the end of each major semester after grade calculations
for the term, and upon confirmation of awarding of scholarships at the beginning of the Fall Semester
