Accessing Electronic Resources Off Campus
SC residents may access DISCUS resources. Only USC Sumter faculty, staff, and
students may access our databases that are available remotely.
Using either Explorer 4.01 or higher OR Netscape version 4.08 or higher but
NOT Netscape 6, you may access these INFOTRAC databases provided by DISCUS, South
Carolina's Virtual Library . Set your browser to "accept cookies" and enable JavaScript. The recommended
screen resolution is 800x600. Please do NOT enable Internet Explorer's "Content Advisor"
feature.

Go to the Anderson Library Electronic Resources page,
and click on any of the databases listed above. When a verification box pops up, type in
your 9 digit student ID. Once you are logged in, you can search any of the databases
without
having to log in again.
