The approximate dates diplomas will be mailed from the Registrar's Office at USC Columbia are as follows:

May Degree Recipients - End of July
August Degree Recipients - End of September
December Degree Recipients - End of February

Diplomas are mailed directly to students after graduation.  They cannot be mailed before the student's graduation has been verified.

Lost diplomas may be replaced.  The student must write a letter to the Registrar in Columbia that includes the student's full name, social security number, type of degree earned, and when it was earned.  There is a replacement fee.  The student should receive the new copy in approximately 3 months.
