Opportunity Scholars Program Mission: We are a federally funded Student Support Program that provides academic and cultural support services for students enrolled at the University of South Carolina Sumter.
Purpose: Our purpose is to help students complete an Associates Degree or transfer into a Baccalaureate Degree Program.
