Newly Accepted Students

This page is for degree-seeking students who have been accepted to the University of South Carolina Sumter.

Please carefully read your acceptance letter to see if you must submit any additional documentation or pay an application fee. 

You will NOT be able to register for classes until all requested documentation is obtained and your application fee is paid.

Student Orientation Advisement and Registration (SOAR)*

The following steps are required to finalize your registration:

1.  In order to register for fall 2010 you will need to schedule an advisement appointment at www.uscsumtersoar.genbook.com before classes start on Aug. 19th.  If you have any questions please call (803) 938-300.

2.  Submit proof of two doses of MMR (Measles Mumps Rubella) or proof of immunity with the  Immunization Documentation to the Records Office before your SOAR date. No other immunizations are required. If you have questions regarding your immunization documentation information, please contact the Records Office at 803-775-USCS (8727).

*Information does NOT apply to Fall II and Spring II students.
