Welcome to USC Sumter Buildings and Grounds Web Site. Consisting of four tradesmen and five custodians, the department maintains:

• 49.5 acres

• $22 million replacement cost of property and physical plant

• 236,000 square feet of heated space in eight permanent buildings

• 120 offices and 75 classrooms, laboratories, and other instructional spaces

• Paved and lighted parking spaces for 700 vehicles, including 20 handicapped spaces
