The Associate in Art and Associate in Science degrees recognize the completion of the first two years of a four-year undergraduate university program. Both programs emphasize the basic core courses common to a wide variety of programs, and meet the General Education Goals USC Columbia has established while striving to accomplish nine expected Student Learning Outcomes for all graduates. Both programs allow room to specialize in coursework directly relevant to the major program. Your academic advisor can show you how to customize these programs to meet your needs.
