Issues are entered online after having been published for 2-5 years. This database comprises the Bibliography of Scotland (BOS) and the Bibliography of Scottish Gaelic (BOSG). BOS, Scotland's national bibliography, brings together over 60,000 records of books and major articles of Scottish interest published all over the world. In principle, it covers the period from 1976 to the present, but most of the records available online date from 1988 to the present. When completed, the BOSG is intended to list books and periodicals published in Gaelic, or containing substantial Gaelic text, from the beginning of Gaelic publishing. TDNet is a directory of these materials for each USC Library. TDNet search results link to electronic resources that contain the full text of the articles listed. Please be aware that in some cases database restrictions may prevent access from off campus locations, or a specific E-journal may be unavailable if the USC Libraries do not own a print subscription. Even if a journal title is listed in the master list, all years and issues of that title also are not necessarily available in electronic format. If you do not find the journal that you need in TDNet, please check USCAN, the USC library catalog, to determine if the journal is available in print at your campus library.
