Welcome to USC Sumter Computer Services Division Web Site. The CSD staff of three serves the campus by providing:

• Computer hardware maintenance

• Software maintenance

• Network switch maintenance

• Network file server maintenance

• Web server support

• Voice Mail support

• Telephone support

At present, the CSD staff maintains approximately 440 computer systems, including:

• Approximately 220 systems in various computer labs and classrooms

• Approximately 220 departmental, faculty, and staff computer systems

• Four Microsoft-based network file servers

• Two software license servers

• Three UNIX-based servers

In addition, the CSD staff maintains:

• An Avaya Definity G3i phone switch

• An Octel voicemail system

• Approximately 400 telephone desksets

• Approximately 35 networked printers of various types

HOURS

The normal working hours for CSD staff are:

8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday
