The Office of Career Planning and Placement at USC Sumter is committed to providing resources to all students and alumni in developing, evaluating, and implementing career decisions and plans. From the day they begin classes, students are encouraged to take advantage of the Discover® Career assessment and exploration and the one-on-one counseling sessions.

 

Whether you are looking for that first job or changing jobs; looking for work is work; and the Office of Career Planning and Placement is ready to assist you.

 

We provide assistance with:

 

  • Writing the resume and cover letter

  • Interviewing etiquette, technique and dress

  • Career and "major" exploration

  • Career assessment through Discover®

 

You can be successful in the job search process if you commit to the G4 IR:
