Becky earned her Associate in Science degree with distinction from Corning (New York) Community College,
her Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics from Coastal Carolina University, her Master of
Science degree in mathematics from North Carolina State University, and her Ph.D in mathematics from
North Carolina State University.
Becky tutored mathematics at both Corning Community College and Coastal Carolina University, and has
five years experience as an instructor at both Coastal Carolina University and North Carolina State
University. She won two awards for excellence in teaching at NCSU.
