Fran has worked at USC Sumter since August of 1978.  She currently works in DEIS.  She is married to Dr. Robert Castleberry.  She has six children: Becky, Josh, Daniel, Rachel, Michael, and Jennifer.  Fran also has a grandddaugher, Samara. Fran has been a foster parent for 22 years, active in District 17 PTA for 23 years, a volunteer Guardian as Litem for 15 years, and a host for foreign exchange student for 12 years.
