DISTANCE EDUCATON INFORMATION

Distance Education offers college credit courses designed to meet the educational needs of learners with busy professional and personal schedules.

Courses through DVDs in combination with textbooks and supplemental instructional material enable students to study primarily at home during convenient times.  Courses delivered via live satellite or compressed video allow students to take advantage of regularly scheduled interactive instruction at a conveniently located site.

Some courses may require periodic attendance in Columbia or another USC campus for orientation sessions, workshops, seminars, or examinations.
