The City of Sumter encourages all residents to participate in CENSUS 2010. We need YOUR assistance so we can have the most accurate count possible. This is very important for our future needs … for ALL of us. It is, truly, in our hands. Please encourage your families, your neighbors, your friends and your employees to return the Census information.

New and greatly improved Census forms will be mailed to residences in mid-March. The new forms are simplified and take only a few minutes to complete.
